·         Customer calling to place a general order, make an enquiry or proceed with wedding flower order.

·         Customer emailing to place a general order, make an enquiry or proceed with a wedding flower order.

·         Customer visiting the workshop to place a general order, make an enquiry or proceed with a wedding flowr order.

We only retain your data for as long as is necessary and for the purpose(s) specified in this notice.
