Full style setup: On your wedding day, Penny will execute a full styled setup, utilising her extensive décor hire inventory to enhance the ambiance and atmosphere of your venue. Whether it's vessels, plinths, furniture, ceremony backdrops, candle light, food and drink stations, draping or signage, Penny has the perfect pieces to suit your style.
Bespoke Signs and Handwritten Place Cards: Add a personalised touch to your wedding with up to 15 bespoke signs and beautifully handwritten place cards, including reserved chair cards if needed.
On-Site Team Member: A dedicated member of Synched Events team will be present on your wedding day to oversee the final details and ensure everything is set up to perfection.
Post-Wedding Cleanup: Synched Events will return the following day to efficiently clear and pack up all décor pieces, leaving you free to enjoy the memories of your special day without any stress or hassle.

Video consultation : This provides an opportunity for us to connect, delve into the specifics of your wedding flowers and discuss your ideas. offering seasonal advice and choosing the perfect flowers for your desired colour scheme.
Visual Moodboard: We'll curate a bespoke visual moodboard synchronised with Synched Events style brief, providing you with a comprehensive visual representation of your wedding aesthetic. This moodboard will capture the essence of your vision, including colour palettes, floral arrangements, decor elements, and overall ambiance, allowing you to envision the look and feel of your special day.
Concept Illustration of Ceremony Flowers: In addition to the visual moodboard, we'll provide you with a concept illustration showcasing the design and layout of your ceremony flowers. This illustration will offer a detailed visualisation of how the floral arrangements will enhance your ceremony space, allowing you to make informed decisions and adjustments as needed.
Itemised Quotation: Each design concept will be presented on a separate itemised quotation. This quotation will outline the individual pricing for each design element, ensuring transparency and clarity in the pricing process. Estimated Floral Content includes: Bridal bouquets, along with bouquets for the bridal party and boutonnieres for the groomsmen. Ceremony flowers to adorn your chosen space. Table flowers and intricate top table details to elevate your reception decor. Styled stations, which may feature stunning floral arrangements for the cake table, grazing or dessert tables, and lounge spaces, adding a touch of elegance to every corner of your celebration. *this is subject to flower types, designs and quantities.
